Court in Warsaw finally waived issue of Zakaev's extradition to Russia
Today, the Warsaw Court of Appeal has upheld, taking into consideration the absence of Akhmed Zakaev, former head of the government of the self-proclaimed Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, in Poland, the decision of the first instance court about impossibility to consider his extradition to Russia.
Let us remind you that on January 26, Poland refused to give visa to Akhmed Zakaev, earlier put by Russia on the search list, who was at that moment in London.
According to the ITAR-TASS, the today's decision of the Warsaw court cannot be appealed against.
