Attackers on ex-minister of the KBR Shogenov stole guns and hijacked car of assassinated guards

The criminals, who attacked this morning Khachim Shogenov, a former interior minister of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), and killed two of his bodyguards, escaped from the venue together with stolen guns and a car.

As reported by the spokesman of the Investigatory Department for the KBR of the Investigatory Committee of Russia, the attackers killed Junior Militia Lieutenant Felix Asadov, born in 1975, and Lieutenant Zaurbek Gukepshev, born in 1982.

The attack occurred 50 meters off the Highway Chegem-Maiskiy. Many shots from automatic firearms were made at employees of the Chief Department of Russia's MIA. Two submachine guns and two pistols, as well as the GAZ-2102 car belonging to Gukepshev were stolen from the casualties.

Let us remind you that today about 10:00 a.m. unidentified persons attacked the OMON (special militia) agents, who were driving out of the summer house of Khachim Shogenov, former interior minister of the KBR Chegem, located in the Chegem District of the KBR. Mr Shogenov did not suffer.
