Armenian tried to commit suicide in reception office of Russian President in Moscow

As reported by a source from law enforcement bodies, an ethnical Armenian, who had no registration in Russia, tried to commit suicide in the reception office of the President of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

The incident happened on January 13 at about 2:30 p.m. According to the source, the man entered the office located at 23 Ilyinka Street and made several cut wounds of his neck and right arm with a blade fragment.

The victim was hospitalized; the militiamen who studied the circumstances of the incident established that the man - an ethnic Armenian of 40 - had no registration in the territory of the Russian Federation.

According to preliminary reports, he tried to attract attention in order to receive documents in such an unusual way, the "Interfax" reports, noting that there are no official comments on the incident.
