Five SFD ports to be put on sale in February and March
The "Rosimuschestvo" (Federal Property Management Agency) has announced auctions on a number of ports and shipping companies, including those located in the Southern Federal District (SFD): in Rostov-on-Don, Azov (Rostov Region), Tuapse and Eysk (Krasnodar Territory) and Volgograd.
On March 1, the "Rosimuschestvo" will hold an auction to sell 25 percent of shares of the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Tuapse Commercial Sea Port"; the starting price being 1.612 billion roubles, and the price increment of 15 million roubles.
On the same day the Agency intends also to sell the 25.5-percent stake in the OJSC "Volgograd River Port" for at least 64.825 million roubles.
On March 3, the bidding will be held to sell 25,5 percent of shares in the OJSC "Rostov Port" with the starting price of 43.692 million roubles, the RIA "Novosti" quotes the "Rosimuschestvo".
Besides, on February 25 an auction will be held to sell the 25.5-percent stake in the OJSC "Azov Sea Port". The initial price has been set at 25.090 million roubles with the price increment of 300,000 roubles, the IA "Transport Today" reports with reference to the bulletin "State Property".
On the same day the "Rosimuschestvo" will also put to auction the stake in the OJSC "Eysk Sea Port" at a rate of 25.5 percent of the Authorized Capital. The initial price of the stock share is set at 38.675 million with the price increment of 0.5 million roubles, the Prime-TASS reports.
