Refugees live without light and warmth

Upon returning to Grozny, the refugees accommodated at the place for temporary residence in 1 Koltsov Street live without light and warmth. Kristina Pleshai, a resident of this center for temporary accommodation, says it began on October 25. Steam heating works by a diesel engine, which does not give enough warmth, and gas is extended only to the kitchen. Adults have already got accustomed to the life in any conditions, but it is hard to see how the families with new-born and small children live, says Kristina Pleshai.
