Ex-militiaman guilty of Magomed Evloev's death killed in Ingushetia

As reported by a source in the Ingush MIA, in a shelling in central Nazran Ibragim Evloev, 35, former deputy head of the State Security Centre of the MIA of Ingushetia, who was earlier convicted for an imprudent murder of Magomed Evloev, owner of the oppositionist website "Ingushetia.Ru".

Let us remind you that on December 11, 2009, Ibragim Evloev was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter of Magomed Evloev and sentenced to two years of imprisonment in a colony-settlement. On March 2, the Supreme Court commuted the sentence and put "restriction of movement" instead of freedom deprivation.

According to a source in the local MIA, a stranger came into the cafe, where Ibragim Evloev was sitting, and made several shots at him from a Makarov pistol. Then, the gunman managed to escape, as the "Ingushetia.org" reports.

During the today's attack, also Beslan Albagachiev, 36, an employee of the division of own safety of the local MIA, was wounded. Under unofficial information, he was Ibragim Evloev's security. "Under the latest information, Albagachiev died in hospital from received wounds, without regaining consciousness," the "Interfax" quotes the ICPO spokesman.

"The investigation is considering various versions of the murder, including those related to the blood feud," the ITAR-TASS quotes its source in the law enforcement bodies.
