Moscow Helsinki Group on presidential elections in Chechnya

The third number of the Moscow Helsinki Group Bulletin, which came out on October 1, proceeds with the theme of the human rights monitoring of the presidential elections in Chechnya.

The bulletin is published with the informational assistance of the "Caucasian Knot" Internet mass media, with the support of the Russian Research Center for Human Rights, the Human Rights House Network, and the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights.
