Medvedev: Estemirova's killer announced in international search

President Dmitri Medvedev said, making comments on the information that the authorities of the Russian Federation were not to willing to solve the murder of Natalia Estemirova, an employee of the HRC "Memorial", that the executor of her murder had been precisely established.

Earlier, the Amnesty International had accused the Russian authorities of "failure to show political will towards impartial and efficient investigation of Natalia Estemirova's murder."

According to Mr Medvedev, Estemirova's killer was identified and announced into international search, and the investigation of this crime "is in full swing." Besides, the Russian President said, when speaking at the joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on the outcomes of Russian-German interstate consultations, that "actions are undertaken towards establishment of the customer of the murder", the ITAR-TASS reports.
