Google removes video with Umarov's statement on Moscow terror acts

Now, the video clip, where the leader of North-Caucasian militants Dokku Umarov reported about his involvement in the explosions in Moscow metro on March 29, is not available in the YouTube resource, since, according to Alla Zabrovskaya, PR director of the Google Russia, it was marked and deleted by moderators.

Let us remind you that after the explosions in Moscow metro a video address was placed in the Internet, in which Umarov took responsibility for the terror acts. He stated in the address that the action was a vengeance for the death of peaceful residents of Chechnya and Ingushetia in the course of special operations of Russian agencies in these republics. Umarov also promised new terror acts against Russians for their failure to condemn the actions of their servicemen in Chechnya.

As noted by Ms Zabrovskaya, "if we take this particular issue, the rules forbid to place such videos; therefore, it was deleted." "Google doesn't support terrorists," she has emphasized, as the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.

She explained that prior to become a member of the community, any resource user should undertake to respect and follow the rules and principles of the community. "The rules plainly and clearly forbid to place videos with cruel and offensive content, videos containing propaganda of hatred and violence, or videos containing intimidating messages," she said and added that "any user can complain of any roller, which breaks these principles."

She explained the fact that the video in question was present in the website for several days by the great number of video materials loaded to the resource daily.
