Relatives of suspects of murdering MIA head of Dagestan hold rally in Makhachkala

Today, a 500-strong rally took place in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan, were demands were voiced out about inadmissibility to torture Shamsullah Borziev, a resident of Rakhat village, and Abdulmedzhid Manapov from Botlikh village, both villages are in the Botlikh District, suspected of murdering Adilgerei Magomedtagirov, Interior Minister of Dagestan.

The protesters hold posters: "Lawlessness gives rise to lawlessness", "No to evidences under torture", "We challenge the investigatory group", "Dear President Magomedsalam Magomedov! Stop mockery over Dagestanians!" and others.

The place of the rally was surrounded by the numerous armed guards of the order in and without masks; they behaved politely, although initially they persistently recommended journalists not to make video filming and photographing.
