Trial in Dubai on attempt on Sulim Yamadaev re-appointed on March 2
The court session due to take part today in Dubai on the case dealing with a murder attempt on Sulim Yamadaev, ex-commander of the "Vostok" (East) special battalion, is postponed till March 2, after the judge in the process failed to appear in the courtroom.
At the previous session - on February 1 - the inspector on this case spoke, who reiterated his version about involvement of Adam Delimkhanov, a Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, in the attempt on Yamadaev. According to the inspector, the Iranian Makhdi Lorniya, also a figurant in the case, called Delimkhanov to be the main organizer of the murder attempt.
The "Gazeta.Ru" reports that the reason of the judge's absence is unknown.
Today the court was to listen to the defence, the "Echo Moskvy" Radio reports.
