Dagestan: a sauna in Kaspiisk blow up
In the evening on February 21, an unidentified explosive was triggered in one of saunas of the city of Kaspiisk; fortunately, nobody was killed or wounded.
The "Caucasian Knot" reported that on August 13, 2009, seven girls perished after unidentified persons shelled a sauna located in Buinaksk. Before, presumably the same criminals shelled a militia post located near the city. Four militiamen were lost in situ.
At the moment of explosion on February 21, there was nobody inside the facility. Operative agents assume that by this explosion malefactors wanted to warn the owners about possible second attack, as the RIA "Dagestan" reports.
A source in the Kaspiisk OVD (Interior Division) could not also exclude that the explosion was organized by radical Islamists as a warning to the owner of "impious" business.
The "Life News" reports that initially militiamen thought that a powerful firecracker was triggered in the sauna.
