In Ingushetia, a bomb found near former Nazran GUVD building
In the Moskovskaya Street of Nazran, close to the building, which earlier housed the city GUVD (City Interior Department), sappers are now de-mining a self-made bomb.
Let us note here that the GUVD building is empty since last summer, when on August 17 a terrorist-suicide bomber in a Gazel van rammed the gate and triggered a powerful bomb. The explosion took away 24 lives, and about 260 persons were wounded.
As reported by the ITAR-TASS with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ingushetia, now the traffic in the area of the incident is blocked, and residents of adjacent houses were evacuated.
According to eyewitnesses, wires stick out of the bag, and a mobile phone is seen fixed there, by which militants can remotely trigger the bomb. Militiamen are afraid that a much bigger bomb can be planted nearby, while the bag is just a trap, as the "Life News" reports.
