In Azerbaijan, bloggers' case reappointed to February 12 because of snowfall

The consideration of the appeal complaint filed by young bloggers Emin Milli and Adnan Gadjizade was again postponed by the Baku Appeal Court today. The reason was a strong snowfall that prevented their transportation to the trial.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the office of the Baku Appeal Court that Judge Gail Mamedov reappointed the session on February 12.

Snowfalls and blizzards forced to postpone other civil and criminal trials in different Baku courts.

Let us note here that according to Elmira Gamidova, head of the hydrometeorology department of the local Ministry of Ecology, who spoke to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, snowy and frosty weather in Azerbaijan will persist till February 8.

On January 22, the consideration of the bloggers' appeal complaint was postponed on petition of Isakhan Ashurov, Gadjizade's advocate, because of his illness.
