Maksharip Aushev's relative assassinated in Ingushetia
Tonight in Ingushetia, unidentified persons shot dead a Nazran local resident named Dobriev, a relative of the Ingush human rights activist Maksharip Aushev, assassinated last October. Dobriev died in place from received wounds.
According to a source from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ingushetia, Dobriev was shot dead from an automatic weapon right in the street; and the criminals disappeared in a Lada-Priora car.
According to the source, quoted by the "Interfax", the casualty was a close relative of Fatima Dzhanieva - Maksharip Aushev's widow.
At night on December 28, 2009, Fatima Dzhanieva's relatives disappeared in St Petersburg - Yusup and Yunus Dobriev, two maternal uncles, and also nephews of Khadizhat Dobrieva (Fatima's maternal aunt) Ali Dzhaniev and Magomed Adzhiev. Subsequently, the Investigatory Department for St Petersburg of the ICPO opened a criminal case under the article of "murder of two and more persons".
Earlier, on December 16, 2009, in the highway on the way to the city of Magas a Zhiguli car with the pregnant Aushev's widow Fatima Dzhanieva, her mother Leila Dzhanieva, 51, and her brothers - Ruslan, 25, and Amir, 21, was blown up. Fatima was the only survivor in the tragedy.
