Killer of father and son Khazhaliev searched in KBR
Certain details of murder of Arthur and Yusuf Khazhaliev committed on January 28 in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) have become known. The Investigatory Division for the city of Nalchik of the Investigatory Department for the KBR of the ICPO (Investigatory Committee under the Prosecutor's Office) of the Russian Federation has initiated a criminal case under the articles of "murder" and " illegal circulation of firearms".
Tatiana Nauzhokova, senior assistant of the head of the Investigatory Department, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on January 28, at about 7:00 p.m., two unidentified persons arrived to household No. 34 in Suvorov Street in the city of Nalchik, where they made plenty shots from unidentified firearms at entrepreneur Arthur Khazhaliev, who died in situ from gunshot wounds of his head and breast.
Arthur's father Yusuf Khazhaliev tried to detain the gunmen and received gunshot wounds of his breast and stomach. He died on the way to hospital.
Arthur Khazhaliev headed a factory of canned vegetable. In 2006, he won the all-republic's contest "The Best Business Idea" with his project "Commercial Breeding of Black African Ostriches" and received a grant of 340,000 roubles to implement it.
