Alexei Dymovskiy has no complaints of custody conditions
In the course of the visit of the members of the Public Observation Commission (POC) of Novorossisk to the Krasnodar-based IVS (temporary isolation facility), ex-Major of Militia Alexei Dymovskiy said that he felt no pressure. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent learnt about it from Vadim Karastelyov, an expert of the Novorossisk Committee of Human Rights and Alexei Dymovskiy's official representative.
"At 1:05 p.m. on January 25, members of the POC - Tatiana Rudakova and Irina Dubovitskaya - entered Dymovskiy's cell. The visit was held in the presence of the deputy head of the UFSIN (Department of the Federal Service for Enforcing Punishments) for the Krasnodar Territory. The human rights activists saw that Alexei had normal custody conditions: the cell is warm and clean, radio is available, etc. Alexei gave a list of things he needs and said that he had no complaints of his conditions and that inspectors render no pressure," Mr Karastelyov said.
