Extremists lay out photo of cut-off heads of power agents murdered in Kabardino-Balkaria
One of extremist websites has placed photos of cut-off heads of Murat Dokushukin and Albert Shebzukhov, assassinated in November in Kabardino-Balkaria. Militants say that the casualties were snooping members of the armed underground.
Let us remind you that the bodies of Murat Dokushukin and Albert Shebzukhov were found on November 23 in the city of Chegem in the luggage compartment of the Mercedes belonging to one of the casualties.
The heads were photographed at the background of some dark-blue polyethylene bag. The caption runs that the casualties had allegedly kept shadowing militants aiming to receive remuneration and were punished for that".
Earlier the same site already placed the information that Islamic extremists took responsibility for this crime, but the reason was specified as the refusal of power agents to give out the bodies of terrorists killed in the attack on Nalchik on October 13, 2005, and later, during special operations against militants.
Anzor Tlepshev, head of the Chegem inter-district investigatory division of the Investigatory Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the ICPO, said after the murder of the militiamen that after the newspaper article entitled "Shura Decapitated" extremists promised to start decapitating law enforcers. "Therefore, we don't exclude this version either," said Mr Tlepshev.
The power agencies reject the version of revenge or criminal showdowns, because, according to Anzor Tlepshev, the casualties were "of no interest for criminals."
