Criminal case opened against Major Dymovskiy
The investigatory bodies of the Krasnodar Territory accuse Alexei Dymovskiy, former employee of the Novorossisk UVD (Interior Department), under the article "swindle through abuse of service position."
As reported earlier by the "Caucasian Knot", after the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) finished its service check in relation to the major from Novorossisk and transferred the outcomes to the Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office (ICPO) of the Russian Federation, Militia General-Lieutenant Yuri Draguntsov, head of the MIA's Department of Internal Security, stated that Dymovskiy can be indicted of disclosing state secrets and money plundering. Then, Mr Dymovskiy himself said that a criminal case would be surely opened against him.
Now, the necessary investigatory actions are underway under the case with the aim "to establish all the circumstances relevant for the inquiry." This is reported by the ICPO's website. However, no details were disclosed, as the "Gazeta.Ru" writes.
Earlier, the check of the ICPO found no violations in the work of the Novorossisk UVD, which had been stated in Dymovskiy's video appeal. At the same time, as reported by the "BaltInfo" with reference to one of Dymovskiy's supporters that no slander attributes were found in the actions of the disfavoured militiaman. "Thus, the Moscow inspector gave Dymovskiy to the discretion of local authorities," a major's supporter, former employee of the Moscow GUVD, said to the "BaltInfo".
