Russia would not deport suspects of murdering Sulim Yamadaev to UAE
The Russian party is ready to consider the materials of the Dubai police on the case about the murder attempt on the ex-commander of the "Vostok" battalion Sulim Yamadaev by means of own power agencies.
On December 18, it became known that Iranian Makhdi Lorniya, horseman of President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, suspected of involvement in the attempt on Sulim Yamadaev, told about involvement in the crime of two natives of Chechnya and a certain Adam. The investigation believes that he meant the deputy of the Russian State Duma Adam Delimkhanov, who is regarded by the Dubai police to be the organizer of the attempt.
In the opinion of a member of Yamadaev's clan, Russian law enforcement bodies and the judicial system demonstrate "amazing indifference" to the investigation of the attempt case on the former commander of the "Vostok" battalion of special troops of the GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian General Staff), although in this case it is the issue of prestige of the Russian Federation, as the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports. In confirmation of his words the source has reminded that Sulim Yamadaev was the commander of the elite Russian special subdivision, which had not only effectively struggled against militants in Chechnya, but also played an essential role in warfare during the conflict with Georgia in South Ossetia.
As stated today by General-Major Timur Lakhonin, head of the National Central Bureau (NCB) of the Interpol under the Russian MIA, Russia "under no circumstances" will give its citizens, suspected in the Emirates of participating in the attempt on Sulim Yamadaev, out to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as the "Interfax" reports.
