Nagorno-Karabakh rejects Baku's accusations of breaking ceasefire
Senor Asratyan, press secretary of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh, has refuted the accusations announced on December 10 by his Azerbaijani counterpart Eldar Sabiroglu that the Karabakh party breaks the ceasefire regime at the contact line on the everyday basis.
"This is another irresponsible statement of the Azerbaijani MoD's official, which has nothing to do with reality. The Karabakh party has always observed the ceasefire regime, but, if necessary, took steps in response to force the opponent to stop shelling," said Mr Asratyan.
The division for information and PR of the MoD of Armenia has also refuted the Azerbaijani statement as "dissemination of just another lie."
"The rumours widespread by Azerbaijan that Armenia lacks human resources and is unable to form the required military units are false," runs the statement of the Ministry.
