Dymovskiy's "White Tape" Movement starts working

The Public Movement named "White Tape" is going to place in its website documents and applications of the citizens who have suffered from arbitrariness of law enforcement bodies. This was announced today by Militia Major Alexei Dymovskiy, initiator of the Movement.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 9 Mr Dymovskiy said at a press conference in Krasnodar that he would  open a public reception office in Novorossisk, and on November 23 the militiaman revealed his intention to create a political party named "White Tape".

According to the Major, the "White Tape" already has three branches - in St Petersburg, Novorossisk and Krasnodar. Alexei is the head of the Novorossisk one.

"The organization will develop the 'down-up' initiative related to reforming law-enforcement bodies," Dymovskiy told journalists and noted that he receives up to a thousand calls from most different people, as the "Interfax" reports.

He said that the new movement will not be political and mentioned his plans to launch special human rights pages for doctors and teachers.

The Major has also stated that in Novorossisk, after he had promulgation his statements in the Internet, all his relatives and friends found themselves under pressure of power agencies. Local FSB agents "try to make them informers." The "Live Kuban" reports with reference to Dymovskiy that he was forced to take his brother of 20 out of the Krasnodar Territory, since he was announced into search for the crime he never committed.
