Lawsuit of Major Dymovskiy's colleagues sent to Primorskiy District Court of Novorossisk
Today, the Oktiabrskiy District Court of Novorossisk has held a preliminary session on the claim lodged by the bosses of the city UVD (Interior Department) against Major Alexei Dymovskiy, known for his video appeal with criticism of his bosses placed in the Internet.
Major Dymovskiy is sued by Vladimir Chernositov, head of the Novorossisk UVD, and Valery Medvedev, head of the Primorskiy OVD (District Interior Division). They demand to collect three thousand roubles each from Dymovskiy as compensation of moral harm.
Alexei Dymovskiy was not present at the preliminary hearing; his interests in the court were represented by local human rights activist Vadim Karastelyov. The "Gazeta.Ru" reports that it is not known yet, when the first session of the Primorskiy Court on the claims will take place.
Today, it has also become known that the three Alexei's supporters detained in St Petersburg after the press conference on December 6 were released from custody.
The "Rosbalt" reports, referring to Major Dymovskiy, that his colleagues had been supposedly detained by employees of the FSB. They were kept behind bars all the night long; the agents treated it as a "prophylaxis interview". The detainees could not name the place, where they were kept. Dymovskiy has also added that he was shadowed by several cars.
