Nagorno-Karabakh Parliament: Azerbaijan wants a new war

The National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has made a statement that "the latest developments in settlement of the Karabakh conflict evidence an obvious non-constructive Azerbaijani position."

"The authorities of Azerbaijan create an illusion of their discontent with the debates underway with the international mediation; but in practice, they're just protracting aiming to break in their favour the military-strategic balance in the region by unleashing a new war against Artsakh," runs the statement of the Karabakh Parliament.

"Outgoing from the aforesaid, the National Assembly of the NKR, taking the will of the people of Artsakh into account, believes itself entitled to move adequate initiatives and suggests the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the NKR to notify accordingly the OSCE Council of Ministers," runs the statement adopted on November 25 at the regular sitting of the Parliament.
