SC upholds acquittal on the case of disorders in Ingushetia
The Supreme Court (SC) has refused to cancel the verdict passed to Ingush oppositionists, including Maksharip Aushev, assassinated a month ago, on the case about organization of mass disorders in Ingushetia.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Supreme Court of Ingushetia acquitted the defendants Maksharip Aushev, Ruslan Khazbiev and Musa Aushev in the end of July, but the prosecutor's office then appealed against the acquittal, insisting on cancellation of the verdict and sending the case to a new consideration by other judges of the Supreme Court of Ingushetia.
The "Interfax" reports that today the SC has refused to satisfy the cassation protest of the prosecutor's office.
