Court session on Sulim Yamadaev's murder case reappointed on December 17
The Court of Dubai has postponed the next hearing on the murder case of Hero of Russia Sulim Yamadaev, ex-commander of the "Vostok" GRU special battalion, for a month. The delay was explained by the need to summon additional witnesses.
It was supposed that during the session on November 16 the suspects of organizing the crime could be set free as the judge was allegedly dissatisfied with the prosecution's arguments, and with the fact that all the witnesses on the case were policemen.
The "Khaleej Times" newspaper reports that the delay was caused by the decision of the court to summon two more Dubai policemen for evidencing.
The "Infox.ru" reports that it was planned to show the bullet which was shot at Yamadaev at this court session and to listen to Yaser Ahmed Mohammed, the second inspector on the case.
