Yamadaevs fear that suspects of attempting Sulim will be set free
Today, the court of Dubai will consider possible release from custody of Makhdi Lorniya, a citizen of Iran and personal horseman of the President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, and Maksudzhon Ismatov, a native of Tajikistan, accused of organizing the attempt on Sulim Yamadaev on March 28 this year in the United Arab Emirates. In the opinion of relatives of the ex-commander of the "Vostok" special battalion of the Russian GRU, this decision, can result in suspects' flight to Chechnya, which will mean a factual end of the process.
"We have information that the judge can release suspects Lorniya and Ismatov from custody under recognizance not to leave. This decision will result in their disappearance in Chechnya, as other participants of this crime had done, for example, Kimaev brothers, who today freely live in Dzhalka village. Then, the court will have nobody to interrogate, and the trial can be wound up, which cannot be admitted," a member of the Yamadaev clan said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
The source has added: "Thinking that Russian authorities will give out the culprits to the Dubai Court, and first of all, Adam Delimkhanov, who is registered as Deputy of the State Duma, although he is permanently in Chechnya, is senseless. Big policy is in play here."
