Court session on Magomed Evloev's case to take place on November 25
On November 12, the Karabulak City Court of Ingushetia continued hearings on the murder case of oppositionist Magomed Evloev. The case is considered by Judge Tumgoev.
Consideration of the case of Magomed Evloev, owner of the website "Ingushetia.Ru", who was killed in August 2008, was resumed on November 5.
The advocate of the victim's family has already compared the litigation with a farce and expressed doubt of a fair verdict to those guilty of the oppositionist, as the "Argumenty i Facty" writes.
As reported by the "Ingushetia.Org", at the yesterday's session, the state prosecutor, who is called to support the victim's party, "took the defendant's one."
There are no official comments on the course of this litigation, same as any information from the defendant's party.
The trial will continue on November 25 at 10:00 a.m.
