Kriger: still no answers to many important questions on "Nord Ost"
In spite of 7 years expired after the Dubrovka terror act in Moscow, nobody has until now answered a number of important questions; the main ones are: why was it impossible to do without storming the building, which entailed so many victims killed by unknown gas and why special troops killed all the terrorists, although many of them were unconscious? The questions were asked by Mikhail Kriger, activist of the Solidarity Union with Political Prisoners.
In his opinion, the indifference of Russians to investigation of the "Nord Ost" tragedy results in the situation, when nobody can believe himself protected from similar tragedies; while the authorities can "do whatever they want with their people."
"I recollect that in those days moods prevailed in the society that we need somehow to peacefully agree with terrorists, that some negotiations were necessary; and already the press gave a message that General Kazantsev arrived somewhere to hold some alleged negotiations," Mikhail Kriger said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
"And I have very strong suspicion that, is we sum up all the facts, everything was done to demonstrate: look, they're just bastards, who should we negotiate among them? They're subhumans!" he has concluded.
