SC of Ingushetia returns Evloev's case to Karabulak court

The Supreme Court (SC) of Ingushetia has refused to combine the case of the death of Magomed Evloev, the owner of the website "Ingushetia.Ru", with the case about the loss of three millions roubles from him; and the materials of the main case were returned to the Karabulak Court of the republic for consideration on the merits. This was reported by Yakhya Evloev, Magomed's father.

As reported earlier by the "Caucasian Knot", at preliminary hearings, the suffered party petitioned about uniting Evloev's death case with the case about disappearance of a huge sum of money, which was on him at the moment of detention, but the Karabulak Court refused to do it, and the defence appealed against this decision at the Supreme Court of Ingushetia.

"Now, the Supreme Court has upheld the decision of the city court, and refused us again - now it won't be possible to disclose many facts during the trial," said Yakhya Evloev and added that during the judicial consideration none of the petitions of the suffered party was satisfied.

"Starting from the demand to re-qualify the case and up to withdrawal of the records of militiamen's telephone conversations during detention - the court has satisfied nothing," the "Gazeta.Ru" quotes Mr Evloev.

According to a source from the court, as of today, the materials of the case have not arrived yet, and the date of the hearings has not yet been appointed.

Meanwhile, according to some sources, Musa Medov, Interior Minister of Ingushetia, and his nephew Ibragim Evloev, whom supporters of the oppositionist name to be the main culprits and who are under recognizance not to leave, have found shelter in the military base in Khankala, as reported by the "Liberty.ru" resource. Earlier, Ibragim asked to consider the case in his absence. According to his advocate, at the Karabulak court his client will be under serious threat from Magomed Evloev's relatives.
