Militia post shelled in Ingushetia
In the evening on July 28, unidentified persons opened fire from the direction of Ekazhevo village on the militia check post located in the village of Surkhakhi. There were no victims, but the building of the post was slightly damaged.
Let us add here that in Ekazhevo a private house was shelled today at night; it belongs to Nuradin Ekazhev, head of the village administration. Nobody has suffered.
The "Interfax" reports that the incident in Surkhakhi took place at 11:45, when unknown persons shelled "Raduga-131" check post from automatic firearms and weapon and rifle-attached grenade launcher; at that time six militiamen were on duty there.
According to a source in law enforcement bodies, nobody suffered from the shelling, and the building of the post received insignificant damages, the "Gazeta.Ru" adds.
