Russian State Duma to discuss the situation with the son of singer Orbakaite and businessman Baisarov
The situation around Deni Baisarov, son of the Chechen businessman Ruslan Baisarov and singer Christina Orbakaite, will be considered at parliamentary hearings of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on October 5.
Invitations to take part in the hearings will be sent to Deni Baisarov's grandmother Alla Pugachova, and the child's mother and father, the "Interfax" reports.
Orbakaite and Baisarov litigate for the right to take care and live with their son Deni, 11. On September 15, a district court in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, satisfied Ruslan Baisarov's claim and left Deni to live with him. However, Ms Orbakaite offered an amicable agreement.
The "BaltInfo" writes with reference to Ruslan Baisarov's advocate that his representatives are ready to conclude an amicable agreement with Christina Orbakaite, provided that Deni lives with his mother, when the latter is in Moscow, but when Christina is away on tour, Deni should stay with his father.
Deni's grandmother - the outstanding Russian singer Alla Pugachova - h as already stated that she is against such agreement.
