At Sochi Forum, Evkurov guaranteed safety to would-be investors to Ingushetia

The situation in Ingushetia should not and cannot be a barrier to potential investors, President Yunus-Bek Evkurov believes; during the International Investment Forum in Sochi he guaranteed safety to the companies, which want to work in the territory of this North-Caucasian region.

At the "Sochi-2009" 8th International Investment Forum, held in the Krasnodar Territory on September 17-20, Ingushetia presented ten investment projects in different priority directions. The republic's delegation at the Forum was headed by President Yunus-Bek Evkurov. According to his story, the projects offered by his republic had aroused great interest among the participants of the Forum.

"Not only that I guarantee safety to investors, but I'm even sure that in Ingushetia nothing threatens them," said Mr Evkurov and emphasized that militants' actions are aim at affecting the law enforcement bodies. "I don't think they'll try to disrupt the work of investors," he said.
