Evkurov: Ingushetia is on the eve of dismissals in power agencies

President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov has stated that the republic's power agencies will face cadre reshuffling and dismissals. According to his story, some officials "are lazy to work" and perform their duties.

He also said that supports closest relations with human rights defenders, although they criticize him. "I have such relations with them, since they criticize correctly. Outgoing from their statements and offers, I correct many things myself," said Mr Evkurov, according to whom human rights activists should also participate in the life of the republic, and not to "breakaway."

"I think that reshufflings and dismissals will take place," he said today in his interview to the Russian "Vesti" TV Channel.

In the opinion of the President, because power officials "are lazy to work and perform their duties", even if these duties are elementary, "the achievement of the main task - to win people's trust in the authorities is damaged," the ITAR-TASS reports.

"I'll have to replace people. I think these will be some three-four top positions," said Mr Evkurov.
