In Ingushetia, attacks on private shops become frequent

In the last two days, in Ingushetia, two armed attacks of unidentified persons on shop owners were registered, as a result of which two persons were lost.

Last night, on July 23, two persons executed from their automatic firearms the saleswomen of the trade pavilion in Troitskaya village, Sunzha District of Ingushetia. As a result of the attack, Zinaida Mazieva, 52, and Khalidat Tochieva, 60, were killed. The Department of the ICPO for the Sunzha District has opened a criminal case; however, the culprits managed to escape from the place of the incident.

At night on July 22, in Ordzhonikidzevskaya village of the same district, unknown persons made two explosions in the shop owned by a local businessman. One more explosion was prevented by law enforcers, who managed to neutralize a land mine planted near the object.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by law enforcement bodies of the republic that the incident took place in Ordzhonikidzevskaya village of the Sunzha district.

"At about 3 a.m., in the grocery, located in the Rabochaya Street, a powerful explosion took place. Nobody suffered, however the building was seriously damaged," said the source.

Meanwhile, as asserted by the neighbours of the damaged shop, it was more than once attacked by unknown persons. Several months ago it was shelled from grenade launchers. Then, also nobody suffered. Local residents say that the reason is in sale of alcohol by this shop.
