Armenian organizations of Europe ask to publish the roadmap

The Armenian Assembly of Europe (AAE) (Brussels) and the Armenian National Cultural Centre (ANCC) (Berlin) have demanded from the authorities of Armenia to promulgate the text of the Armenian-Turkish "roadmap". The activists of these entities are sure that the signed document is an evidence of a failure of the foreign policy of Armenia.

The joint statement of the AAE and ANCC disseminated today runs that the joint document of Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Turkey and Switzerland, adopted on April 22 indicates that the reconciliation negotiations are over and the coordinated action plan is ready.

The Armenian organizations state that on the eve of the anniversary of genocide a document was adopted, in which Armenia has actually accepted "shameful preconditions on recognition of the Kars Treaty," that is, the Turkey's proposal to set up a commission for studying the "events of 1915", which has caused disappointment and concern among the Diaspora organizations.
