Arbitration in Dagestan upholds decision to evict charitable hospital

The Arbitration Court of the city of Essentuki has ascertained that the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Dagestan on the claim lodged by the Republic's Ministry for Property is legally competent and shall remain without changes, therefore, the Charitable Women's Hospital shall "abandon the illegally occupied premises" in the centre of Makhachkala.

In his turn, Stanislav Gorlov, advocate for the Charitable Hospital, has declared: "We aren't going to give up and plan to lodge an appeal to the North-Caucasian Arbitration Court located in Krasnodar."

Aishat Magomedova, director of the Hospital, told in her conversation with the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the North-Caucasian Arbitration Court is their last.

According to Ms Magomedova, she is heavily sick now, and the decision of the Essentuki Court was an additional, although anticipated, surprise for her.
