Nukhazhiev: Ulman disappeared for the fault of the Court

Nurdi Nukhazhiev, Human Rights Ombudsman for the Chechen Republic, made a special statement concerning disappearance of a group of militaries from special troops of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian General Staff (known as "GRU") accused of murdering peaceful residents.

"The fact of disappearance of Ulman and his accomplices is a direct consequence of the North Caucasian District Military Court's advances, deliberate red tape and frank mockery at the Russian Criminal Code and the criminal-remedial legislation of the Russian Federation during the last five years," Mr. Nukhazhiev's statement runs.

"This case has once again demonstrated that, unfortunately, our courts, when considering cases, are still seeing not equal-righted citizens in front of them, but persons of this or that nationality, and this fact in much defines the outcome of litigation," Nurdi Nukhazhiev considers.

The "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that on April 13, Ulman, Voevodin and Kalaganskiy were announced into federal search after they failed to appear at the court session.
