The text of the application runs: "The European Union confirms its complete support of territorial integrity of Georgia within its internationally recognized borders and emphasizes that it does not recognize the legality of the so-called parliamentary elections held on February 4, 2007, in Abkhazia (Georgia), same as of the municipal elections held on February 11, 2007."
