Ingushetia: suspects of kidnapping Gapur Tankiev detained

In Ingushetia, the persons arrested on suspicion of kidnapping Gapur Tankiev, a resident of Malgobek, are kept in the Malgobek GOVD.

The inspectors have already interrogated the witnesses and started the same with the detainees; all three of them are FSB agents. One of the detainees is an Ingush who presented himself as a driver, and two agents are Russian nationals. Three witnesses of Tankiev's kidnapping who had picked up his mobile phone in the place of the incident assert that the agents who were detained today came back for the phone, as the "Ingushetia.Org" Agency reports.

A source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Republic has reported that a group of employees from the Department of FSB (DFSB) for Ingushetia has left for the city of Malgobek. Relatives of the kidnapped person say that since early morning the square, where the Tankievs wanted to hold a rally, was flooded by OMON (Special Police) employees.
