Polish agents detain Umar Israilov's suspected killer

Polish special services have detained a Chechen who is suspected of murdering, earlier in Vienna, Umar Israilov, a former security of Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov.

The Central Investigatory Bureau (CIB) of Poland has promulgated the details of the arrest. "It was a very complicated operation, it was necessary to act very quickly," the tvp.info quotes Pavel Voitunik, CIB head, as saying.

According to his story, a certain Turpal Ali, suspected of murdering Israilov in Vienna, was detained in a hotel in Okuniev. The police reports that he was about to leave the country.

The arrest warrant was issued by the Austrian police. The "Interfax" reports that the detention was executed by special agents and employees of the Bureau for Antiterrorist Operations.

According to different sources, Turpal Ali was detained in his hotel room, where he was with his family or friends. He had no firearms on him. People who were with him were set free after interrogation. The court decided to deport the detainee to the authorities of Austria, where the murder had been committed, as the newspaper Zycie Warszawy writes.
