In Chechnya, militiamen detained three local residents
Yesterday, on January 29, three residents of Chechnya, suspected of complicity with the armed underground groups, were detained in the Urus-Martan District by power agents. They assert that confiscated a grenade from one of the detainees.
"In the village of Goity of the Urus-Martan District employees of law enforcement bodies detained three men on suspicion of participating in gangs. One of them is a native of the city of Grozny, the second one is a city dweller from Argun, and the third one is a native of Goity. In the household of the latter operative agents found a grenade", said a source of the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya.
Recently, the law enforcement bodies of the Chechen Republic have been reporting, practically on the daily basis, about new detentions of suspected participants of armed formations and militants' helpers.
