Case of "Ryno-Skachevskiy grouping" will be trialled by jury

On July 24, the Moscow City Court held a preliminary hearing on the case of "Ryno-Skachevskiy grouping", accused of nationalism-motivated murders and attacks, including on Caucasian natives. According to Anna Usachova, head of the press service of Moscow City Court, the trial will pass with participation of jurymen.

Besides, the petition of the protection was satisfied to hold the trial in the closed mode, since there are minors among the defendants.

According to the "Kommersant", which quotes Ms Usachova, the court has also satisfied the demand of the state prosecutor to preserve the current freedom restriction measure of the defendants - custody.

The selection of the jury will take place on August 22.
