Volgograd activist Yevgeny Kochegin* fined under law on foreign agents

Yevgeny Kochegin*, an activist from Volgograd, has been fined for failure to mark his posts on a personal Telegram channel as a foreign agent. The above is reported by the “Dozor Volgograd” Telegram channel.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that Yevgeny Kochegin *, now living abroad, was included in the register of foreign agents by decision of the Russian Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in September 2023.
