KBR residents oppose propaganda in schools

From the new school year, they introduce educational hours "Talk about the important" in schools. However, social network users from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) have stressed that authorities should pay more attention to the quality of education, and not to engage in propaganda at schools.

The class hours dedicated to the Russian society's values, enshrined in the national security strategy, will be held at all Russian schools, Sergey Novikov, the head of the Russian President's Administration for Public Projects, has announced.

"It can be a discussion following watching a film, a quiz, or communication with an expert," he has explained.

Social network users doubt the need for additional schoolchildren's training.

"Leave children away from your imaginary patriotism. It is better to return a normal education. Children older than 11 don't know elementary things," the user lobzhanidze_olesyj has stated.

Some users have linked the intention to introduce educational hours at schools with propaganda. "Back to USSR," the user a1chagirov has written.

However, some users believe that such class hours will not be schoolchildren's obstacle.
