“Rostourism”: first tourist flight to Chechnya 100% full
The first charter tourist flight to Chechnya will take place on June 10, and it is already 100% booked, reports Zarina Doguzova, the head of the “Rostourism” (Federal Agency for Tourism).
“This year we have launched charters to Chechnya for the first time. They are popular: the first flight is 100% booked. It is planned that charters will fly to Chechnya starting from June 10,” Zarina Doguzova said.
Flights to Chechnya under the charter tour programme, which will be launched by the “Fun&Sun” tour operator, will be carried out every week on Tuesdays and Fridays until June 28 with the “Ural Airlines”. The tour programme lasts four days and three nights and includes flights, transfers, accommodation, meals, and excursions. Its price starts from 23,900 roubles per person, the TASS reports.
According to the “Rostourism”, the idea of the charter tour programme is to create convenient turnkey tours, the price of which is one and a half to two times cheaper than the market price. The “Rostourism” subsidizes from the federal budget half of the cost of the aircraft charter.
The head of the “Rostourism” notes that “Chechnya and Dagestan are two excellent tourist destinations in the country, which are becoming more and more popular among tourists.”
