Defence of the convict for murdering Kislovodsk Imam appeals against the verdict

The advocate of Roman Koyushev, a resident of the Predgorny District of Stavropol Territory, convicted for murdering Imam of Kislovodsk, has appealed against the verdict. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has learnt about it today at the press service of the permanent session of the Stavropol Territory Court of the Caucasian Spas (Pyatigorsk).

"The verdict was appealed against in accordance with the law within a 10-day's term. The cassation has been lodged to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation," the press service spokesman has explained.
