Georgia accuses South Ossetia of terror policies

Georgia has placed responsibility for death of two Georgian policemen on the authorities of self-proclaimed Republic of South Ossetia. This is the topic of the statement issued by the Office of the State Minister of Georgia.

Georgia informs that on March 25 in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone near the village of Nikozi, armed representatives of South Ossetia swept Georgian policemen. As a result of shelling the patrol car, Avnavi Archil Tskhakaya, head of police unit, and driver Spartak Japaridze were shot dead.

"The monitoring held by the trilateral military observers and OSCE Mission officers have confirmed the death of two members of power agencies of Georgia," Vladimir Ivanov, assistant of the Commander of Mixed Peacemaking Forces, told the correspondent of the "Caucasian Knot."

"This is another proof that the official Tskhinvali has chosen the way of terror, murders, while using peace vocabulary just to conceal their real intentions," the statement of the State Minister's Office runs.
