Ramzan Kadyrov has addressed Chechen nation

Acting president of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has announced his address on the occasion of the anniversary of deportation of Chechens.

On February 23, it is 63 years after the day of mass deportation of Chechens to Kazakhstan and Middle Asia. The day is marked in Chechnya as the day of national mourning. In this connection, Ramzan Kadyrov, acting president of Chechnya, made a special address to the resident of the Republic.

"Being a warrant of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic, of life and safety of all its inhabitants, I shall strain all my efforts, knowledge and energy not to admit such tragedies ever happen again," Mr. Kadyrov's address runs.

In the opinion of some observers, the fact that Kadyrov is treated in the address to be the warrant of the Constitution evidences that nobody doubts in the leadership of the Republic that his person will be approved by the president of Russia to the post of the head of Chechnya.
