Human rights defenders are concerned of detainment conditions in deportation camps of the Krasnodar Territory. The evidence of these facts is opening of a special page in the web-site of the International Historical-Enlightenment, Human Rights and Charitable Society "Memorial" (http://www.memo.ru/hr/discrim/ver1/index.htm)

In 2006, a total of 577 persons were placed into reception centres. Mainly, they were citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Georgia. As of beginning of 2007, 57 persons remained in the camps, of whom 16 have already been deported.
